Being independent we are only obligated to the client, and not to any service providers.

My Biggest Challenge
Surviving in a very volatile Financial Services industry against well established organizations, educating clients and ourselves, as well as adopting to the constant changes in the industry.
Before starting PNR, giving up a very secure employment with tremendous benefits to go into the unknown world of being a small business owner in a highly competitive Financial Services industry.

We setup a retirement plan for a small business, where with the support of the business owner, we were able to attain 100% employee participation rate in the plan. Both the employees and the employer were extremely satisfied by the results.

Community First
I am personally involved in many local chambers of commerce, charter member of TiE SoCal (The Indus Entrepreneurs), board member with the Antelope Valley Employer Advisory Council, as well as a member of the California Highway Patrol Senior Volunteer Program. We help employers benchmark their retirement plans, and evaluate service providers, investments and associated fees, whether paid by the employer or employees.
